9. Cancellation and Termination of Contract
Orders placed by the customer with Nude Roots are binding according to section 6 of the Terms and Conditions. The customer is therefore obligated to accept the ordered services/products. Subsequent changes and cancellations may be possible in certain cases, but are at the discretion of Nude Roots and may be subject to handling fees (a handling fee of up to 30% of the order value or at least CHF 100.00, as well as the depreciation in value of the products since their order).
If the customer fails to accept the products within two weeks despite the obligation to do so, Nude Roots may terminate the contract and charge the handling fees in accordance with section 9 of the Terms and Conditions.
10. Exchange and Return
Returns are not possible under Swiss law. The products are explicitly produced by Nude Roots for the buyer after the order is received. An exchange for another product or a voucher may be granted as a gesture of goodwill.

If products are defective, incomplete, or in poor condition, they can be returned. In this case, Nude Roots will endeavor to provide an equivalent replacement. Exchanges and returns of products are generally not possible. Only in exceptional cases and after consultation with Nude Roots can an exchange or return be made. The price basis for all returns and exchanges is always the current price valid on the day of the return or exchange. Products that have been specially ordered for the customer, as well as individually configured products, are entirely excluded from return or exchange.
